Our family enjoyed a lovely stay with an ocean front view. The room was spacious and had a little kitchen area, which made it easier to keep snacks for the kids. The pool was great for the kids to splash around, and we appreciated the beach access. However, we encountered some issues with the nearby activities and getting informed about the best options, leading to some stress at the start of our trip. Overall, it was a decent family vacation, especially enjoying the beautiful views and beach.

The beach was stunning, and we loved the sea view from our room. Plus, having our son's autism support dog with us made everything smoother during our stay. We even enjoyed a fantastic day at the nearby water park, which was a huge hit with the kids.
In my wife’s opinion, the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow, making it tough for us to stay connected while planning our daily activities. A stronger internet connection would definitely improve the experience for families.

Omg, the location is solid with direct beach access and breathtaking views! The rooms are comfortable and come equipped with fridges. The staff was super friendly, making my stay feel even more enjoyable. Can't forget to mention the nice infinity pool overlooking the sea. it was the cherry on top!
Where do I even begin? The WiFi was terrible, and the cleanliness was a bit sketchy. The restaurants around didn't deliver authentic local eats like I hoped, and that left me craving some real Mexican flavor! Also, the tour agency dropped the ball by not informing us about a canceled tour until we had already waited an hour.

Our group trip was amazing! We visited Xel-Ha and the Cancun Golf Club for some fun in the sun. The beach location was perfect, and our spacious room made relaxing easy. Just a heads up, some amenities could be better, like more supplies in the room.
The check-in process was quite slow, which was a bit frustrating after a long day of traveling.

missingWrote a review on Jul 05breathtaking viewunique designclean poolthin wallsmaintenance issues
The sea view from my room on the 5th floor took my breath away. The unique design of the hotel made it feel special, with beautiful corridors leading to the lagoon and the ocean. I loved relaxing by the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. However, the maintenance of the room fell short. The furniture seemed outdated, and I could hear my neighbors' conversations clearly due to thin walls. The air conditioning struggled at times, which made my stay a little uncomfortable. I was also disappointed with the consistency of service at the restaurant. while some meals were fantastic, others missed the mark. Overall, while this hotel has great potential, it needs some updates and better sound insulation.
